Which Wich in Williamsburg

I like the sandwiches at Which Wich. I've eaten there three or four times and have always been satisfied.

Sandwiches are always incredibly. My favorites are the surf and turf and the gyro. Service is always excellent

My husband and I visit Which Which every few weeks from Newport News.We absolutely love their sandwiches .Service is always great!!

I've heard some good things about this place so I decided to try it out but i was really disappointed. I ordered a lettucewich with chicken, cheese, onions, avacados $, mushrooms, and mayonaise. What I opened up at home with was a lettucewich with only chicken and cheese. Maybe it was just me but I was expecting a lettuce wrap and it was actually just shredded lettuce with chicken and cheese in between. I feel bad leaving this review in these times for businesses but I paid $8.30 for something I could have made at home.

Different take on ordering...Grab a bag, mark it up, place order, get food back in your bag, enjoy! Nice thin bread, great flavor, home style chips are a must! If you get a plastic cup, your drink next time will be $0.50 less!!!

Awesome sandwich restaurant.

First time at this place and my sandwich was good. I like how they get our order for the food. The bags is a cool idea and it makes the line go faster. I don't have to wait for the people in front of me to make up their mind. Will definitely eat there again.

Great little sandwich shop offering everything from the every day to very creative. The Superfood-wich is my favorite.

The employees suck, otherwise not a bad place.

The place was clean and the food was good. I ordered "the Brunchwich" and it came out looking awesome. One of the indigridents on the sandwich is a sunny side up egg, basically the "star" of the sandwich. When I cut into the egg itself, instead of the yolk pouring into the sandwich, the yolk poured from out of the container and onto the table. When I alerted the gentleman behind the counter about the accident, he laughed at me and didn't even offer me a replacement egg since my sandwich wasn't prepared properly. I ate what was left of the sandwich and left the establishment disappointed. I don't mind "paying for quality" but I do have an issue with being ridiculed and basically told that it was "my loss" through body language. The menu looks amazing for this place but I'll never eat here or give anymore of my money to this establishment again.

I always come by this place for a pesto chicken sandwich. 💚💚

Upon entering the restaurant I asked the woman behind the counter where do we go she said around the entire restaurant to get in line just to find out that it was the aisle left of the door. So already that was a little bit puzzling. As the order started to come in the woman behind the counters attitude was very sharp and unfriendly. She tried to individualize combo order the charge for every little breakdown and was not happy when I called it out to get the combo discount. All in all experience here is no good and after paying almost $30 for a hamburger hot dog two orders of fries one drink and one shake I figure that somebody would be very pleased that I had no problems spending that kind of money forest service with no smile. No offense of Caucasian people you are okay she'll smile at you guys. Happy holidays! Outside all of that the food isn't bad at all. This have been a better experience if the service was more friendly.

The cashier Ashley was very rude, her breath wasn’t pleasant, and she seemed like she had an attitude, the sandwich makers look stressed and scared but the food was good , it was more about customer service than the food... please find a new cashier!!

Enormous range of sandwiches. Had a n egg salad on glazed bun. Cavernous space. Must be a favorite with the college crowd!

A really good sandwich shop! Located in New town this place has a relatively unique way of ordering. Just check off on your sandwich wrapper what you want and they'll make it for you. It's probably more accurate that way. And the food is really good too. If you make nice designs on the wrapper they'll hang them up as well. A little more expensive than subway but this place actually tastes good.

As always their food is delicious. I've never had anything on their menu that wasnt great and the addition of their new milkshakes and french fries makes it even more worth it!!!

Friendly service. Sandwiches where good and they have a unique selection or you can simply just build your own.

Way better than some other fast sandwich places. Smallish inside but ample if not during a lunch rush. Online ordering is convenient. Only issue is from removing their warm cookie from the menu and also adding egg to some sandwiches without considering better packaging to account for it.

This was our first time to which Wich and it was delicious! We will be returning for sure. Everything tasted super fresh and was made really well.

Wow what a great place. Easy to order staff is very friendly. Great place to take the kids for a bite to eat. Best sandwich I've had in awhile.

Yummy sandwiches that you design yourself. The staff are friendly. But lunch time seems pretty busy. Mondays are great if you are in the medical profession. Just show your medical badge and you get a free drink and chips. Save the large reusable cup for your next trip to save $0.50.

Pretty disappointing. I'm trying to like this location and whatever I order comes out nothing like what I'm used to getting when I lived in Texas. I've given this place plenty of chances and even recommended it to my friends, but now I'm thinking twice.

Excellent toasted sandwiches. Bread is crunchy on the outside but not too tough. Toppings are fresh and plentiful.Fries are nothing to write home about but not a tragedy of the tato kind either. Very not greasy, for what it's worth.Ordering is straightforward if you subscribe to the self checkout mentality. Get what you want by marking your own order strip, but from grumblings I overheard, the fulfillment may not be 100% either. No complaints on my order, though.

Different concept on creating a sandwich which works well. This was our first time and we were trying to figure out where to start and a very friendly staff person came over and was very helpful. Lots of options for either something straight off the menu or creating your own. The sandwiches were very good. And I was very happy to see a great selection of healthy choices including using lettuce instead of bread for a wrap. Very casual clean and bright.

Bought two Gyros, regular and a large. It was lunch for the office. The Gyro was not in a pita bread but on white bread, hardly any tsatsiki sauce, very little meet, small pieces instead of two or 3 thick slices. Waited over 20 minutes. Total $21.64. Being Greek I can assure you this sandwiches did not come close to the authentic sandwich. Never again.

First time going there and must say the sandwiches were really really good...we will be back

Ashley took good care making my sandwich, great customer service skillsReview from 2 weeks ago.This was my first time I asked for the most popular sandwich he named a few and I chose the ultimate BLT. I wondered why the sandwich was so dry, tasty but dry. I grabbed the menu it was supposed to have a sauce and avocado on it. For sure would have been a five-star with that on it. When I left I told the cashier, he did apologize which was kind.

Super good! Large selection of sandwiches and MYO sandwiches. Their bread is wonderful, chewy and flavorful. We have eaten there several times now. On the spendy side for sandwiches, but very good. The fries were just ok, nothing special, but you get a lot of them. Great service!

When delivery wasn't working the way it should, the manager not only refunded my purchase, but also remade my sandwiches and gave me sides, sending an employee to deliver them personally. Best customer service ever!

over priced, breading on sandwich was uncooked. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

Sandwich shop done right. You can customize literally everything. They work with you even with the funniest of requests. For instance, if you like a tuna sandwich, with cold tuna and a hot toasty bun, which which has you covered.All of the ingredients are always fresh. I never leave here disappointed or hungry.

Sandwiches and fries were delicious. The music was a little too loud, but overall a great lunch.
